Conversion Recovery is a feature that automatically tracks customer sessions and their orders. Even if a customer leaves your site right after buying, Conversion Recovery makes sure their purchase is still recorded. This prevents lost data and helps you know every sale your business makes.
How Does It Work?
1. Session Monitoring:
Beetle Tracking keeps an eye on every visitor by tracking their session and giving them a unique ID. This means we know who is doing what on your site, even if they don’t stick around.
2. Order Status Tracking:
If a customer completes their payment but doesn’t see the “Thank You” page, Beetle Tracking follows the order that started during their session.
3. Smart Conversion Capture:
When the order status changes to a preset stage (like “Completed”), the system records the conversion. This conversion is then sent to your advertising platforms (like Google Ads and Meta) so your campaigns stay accurate.
