How to Add Google Ads Conversion Labels in Beetle Tracking

If you’re using Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, it’s important to connect your conversion actions and labels to Beetle Tracking.
This ensures your conversion data is sent correctly from your website to Google Ads through Cloudflare Zaraz.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard

Navigate to:

Websites: Beetle Tracking → Events → Google Ads
Or
E-commerce: Beetle Tracking → E-commerce → Google Ads

2. Locate the Conversion Label fields

Under Events (Website events) you’ll see Conversion Label input fields for:

  • Forms
  • User Signup
  • User Login
  • Downloads
  • Comments
  • Time on Page
  • Searches
  • Page Scroll
  • Email Links
  • Phone Number Links
  • Outbound Links

Under E-commerce (Webshop events) you’ll see Conversion Label input fields for:

  • Order Completed
  • Checkout Started
  • Product Added
  • Product Removed
  • Product Page
  • Product List Viewed

3. Copy your Conversion Labels from Google Ads

  • Go to your Google Ads account
  • Navigate to GoalsConversionsSummary
  • Click on the Conversion Action you want to track
  • Under Tag Setup, find the Conversion Label (looks something like AbCdEfGhIjKlMnOpQr)

4. Paste your Conversion Labels in Beetle Tracking

Paste each label into the matching event field under
E-commerce → Google Ads → Conversion Label

5. Save Changes

Click Save Settings at the top of the page in Beetle Tracking

6. Re-push settings to Cloudflare Zaraz

Click the Push settings to Cloudflare next to Save changes, to finally push your newly added Conversion Labels to Cloudflare Zaraz, which then ensures that your conversions are properly attributed to each of your setup Conversion Labels in Google Ads.


Frequently Asked Questions

Conversion labels are unique identifiers assigned to each conversion action in Google Ads. They help Google match the right conversion events (like purchases or form submissions) with your ad campaigns for accurate tracking.

In your Google Ads account, go to Goals → Conversions → Summary, open your conversion action, and under Tag Setup, you’ll find the Conversion Label next to your Conversion ID.

You’ll need to add them in two different places:

  • Conversion ID → Go to Beetle Tracking → Platforms → Google Ads and enter your Conversion ID there.
  • Conversion Labels → Go to Beetle Tracking → Events or E-commerce, depending on your setup, and paste the Conversion Labels into the matching event fields (e.g. Order Completed, Checkout Started, or Product Added).

This ensures each event is correctly mapped and sent as an enhanced conversion to Google Ads.

After adding your labels and pushing to Cloudflare, conversions may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in your Google Ads account due to normal reporting delays.
